Remote Viewing Exercises

Develop your remote viewing abilities with proven training techniques. From beginner warm-ups to advanced protocols used by the Stargate program.

Training principles

Remote viewing is a skill that improves with practice. Like learning a musical instrument, regular training builds the mental "muscles" needed to perceive beyond the ordinary senses.

Consistency

Regular practice (even short sessions) beats occasional long ones.

Feedback

Always review your results against targets to learn from mistakes.

Non-judgment

Record impressions without analyzing or filtering them.

Patience

Skill develops over weeks and months, not overnight.

Beginner exercises

Ideogram practice

5-10 min

Draw quick, automatic sketches (ideograms) to bypass the analytical mind and capture raw impressions.

Cooling down

5 min

Before sessions, practice releasing expectations and clearing mental chatter through breathing exercises.

Single target practice

15-20 min

Complete one full session with a blind target, focusing on recording impressions without judgment.

Intermediate exercises

Sensory probing

20-30 min

Systematically explore each sense (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, emotion) for impressions about the target.

Dimensional probing

20-30 min

Probe the target for size, mass, density, temperature, and energetic qualities.

Movement exercise

15 min

Let your hand move freely while thinking of the target, creating automatic drawings.

Advanced exercises

Stage 3 sketching

30-45 min

Create detailed sketches of perceived structures, focusing on spatial relationships and proportions.

Emotional/intangible probing

30 min

Focus on abstract qualities: purpose, history, significance, or emotional content of the target.

Timeline probing

30-45 min

Explore the target across time—past conditions, present state, and future developments.

Pre-session routine

Before each remote viewing session, prepare your mind and environment:

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted
Have your materials ready: paper, pen, and device for uploading
Take 5-10 slow, deep breaths to calm your mind
Release expectations—don't hope for any particular outcome
Set an intention to perceive the target clearly and accurately
Write your target coordinate at the top of your paper
